7-Eleven has introduced English Muffin with Sausage, Egg & Cheese as part of their breakfast menu.
The new menu features hot, savory sausage topped with cheese and a fried egg patty with cracked black pepper, piled high on a soft English muffin. The menu is available in all participating locations.
