Buffalo’s Café is adding Bacon ‘N’ Cheese Potachos, Slide Along Sliders, Maple Sriracha Crispy Brussel Sprouts, and Chimi-Churrasco Steak as limited time menu.
Bacon ‘N’ Cheese Potachos: This is Nacho-ordinary baked potato! It features a pile of potato dippers smothered in melty cheese, sprinkled with bacon bits and garnished with sour cream and diced onion.
Slide Along Sliders (Crispy Chicken, Bratwurst): This features Crispy Chicken topped with pickle slices and new Kick’N Sauce Grilled Bratwurst loaded with grilled peppers and onions and finished with spicy brown mustard. It is served as three mini sliders of one flavor.
Maple Sriracha Crispy Brussel Sprouts: This features Fried extra crispy, brussel sprouts tossed in hot honey with crunchy chopped bacon, and drizzled with Maple Sriracha Aioli.
Chimi-Churrasco Steak: This features juicy grilled steak topped with chimichurri sauce, served with Mexican rice and roasted corn veggie medley.
