Recently, we have seen the selfless contributions of health workers in our society. They have been helping individuals, families and the nation at large overcome the COVID-19 pandemic. These health workers deserves our supports.
Also, we have seen corporations, well-meaning individuals donating money, relief and healthcare materials so as to alleviate the effects of COVID-19. We may be saying that, if only I am rich or wealthy, I would have donated millions of dollars. This is actually a good intention. But the truth is that, we can always do something at our level. I see the special buy one, give one program that is announced by Chipotle as a good avenue for everyone to support our health workers. Good enough, you can do this at no cost to you.
What you need to do is to enter 4HEROES when you order your burritos on Chipotle’s website or Chipotle app. Chipotle will in return donate a burrito to heath workers for the purchase you make. This program runs from 21 April through 26 April. If you want free delivery, your order should be $10 minimum/$200 maximum. However, delivery is subject to availability.
Through the buy one give one program, Chipotle plans to donate 100,000 burritos through this program. Healthcare professionals are to signup for them to receive their free burritos beginning from Nurses Day, which is 6 May.
