Pei Wei has added Thai Coconut Curry Chicken to its menu for a limited time. This new menu is the chain newest entrée, created exclusively for Pei Wei by Chef Jet Tila.
The new Thai Coconut Curry Chicken features steamed tender chicken pieces marinated with garlic and salt, onions, broccoli, and bell peppers, tossed in a creamy Thai curry sauce, and served over a bed of rice.
