Buffet: The chain’s buffet packages feature Portillo’s staples like Italian beef, chopped salad, chocolate cake and Barnelli’s pasta, and come hot and ready-to-serve! A small order serves 8 to 10 people and a large serves 16 to 20 people.
Take & Make: If you are looking for a pickup option that’s a bit more flexible for your guests’ and your schedules, you can try Take & Make Trays! Take & Make kits come cold, so you can prepare, heat, set up and serve whenever you’re ready to eat! A small Take & Make kit serves 8 to 10 people and a large serves 16 to 20 people.
Fast Packs: Fast Packs are conveniently packaged items that are individually wrapped and ready to go! You can select Fast Packs that feature several Portillo’s classics, like Chicago-style hot dogs, Italian beef sandwiches, Italian sausages and more! Each Fast Pack order serves 8 people.
Portillo’s has announced that all restaurant locations except for its restaurant in Elk Grove Village, IL, will be open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Sunday, April 4, 2021.
