About Seasons 52
Seasons 52 is an American fresh barbecue and wine bar founded in 2003. The brand philosophy is to have a casually elegant atmosphere, a seasonal menu, and fresh ingredients to provide naturally lighter menu items. There are 42 Seasons 52 sites in the United States as of 2016.
The main menu of the restaurant varies four times a year for each season. The menu is printed regularly and has minimal seasonal features of “What’s Good Now” Brian Phillips, their advanced sommelier, tours various vineyards to hand-picked wines for Seasons 52. The menu contains over 100 different bottles of wine, 52 of which are available in glass.
There’s the freedom to realize that any decision you make at Seasons 52 is one that you’ll feel confident about. Seasons 52 seasonal menus showcase foods at their height of freshness, roasted oak or brick oven (without a fryer in sight) that are naturally lighter and more aromatic. And they’re selling 52 wines in a bottle. At Seasons 52, you will always be free to enjoy every slice, every drink, every moment.
Fruits and vegetables can never see the inside of the freezer in Seasons 52. Whole produce arrives in their kitchen 100% new and is preserved that way until the chef cooks it for you.
