It is no longer a news that many restaurants closed some of their locations in response to the outbreak of COVID-19 pandemic. Starbucks is not exempted.
The giant coffee restaurants closed some of its locations that don’t have drive-thru facilities. In other to maintain social distancing, some dine-in restaurants also followed suit. However, Starbucks did not close down business completely. Some locations were offering drive-thru, pickup and delivery.
Now, there are indications that Starbucks will reopen the closed locations in June. Nevertheless, according to information gathered from Morning Brew, the store reopening dates will vary by location. The decision to open closed locations will depend on Coronavirus cases in the area. Starbucks will rely on guidance from health officials.
