In the mood of celebration of this lunar year, P.F. Chang’s is introducing Fire & Ice dessert and also bringing back Red Lantern which a guest favorite in 2020.
Red Lantern features mixed Reyka Vodka, Solerno Liqueur, blood orange, pineapple and lemon. It is decorated with an ornate red lantern stir stick in an illuminated glass.
Fire & Ice features bread pudding and vanilla ice cream encased in chocolate, served flaming in a table-side spectacle.
